He can be seen pointing to the man’s missing wheel, as well as yelling at him through the window. Yet, the van’s driver just gives him a friendly wave as if everything is completely normal.

All jokes aside, this is an extremely dangerous situation, as it puts not only the driver’s life at risk, but also other drivers around him. Hopefully, this man was able to stop his car safely and get help with repairs before anyone got hurt.
